Being a foster family means becoming part of our breeding program and providing one of our puppies with a loving home.
The most important things are love, time, and a willingness to cooperate – the puppy becomes a full-fledged member of your family while remaining an active part of our breeding program.
The family should live within 100 km of Lučenec so that we can meet regularly and maintain a close relationship.
You provide the puppy with daily love, safety, food, training, vaccinations, and routine care.
After reaching one year of age, we provide the genetic testing ourselves.
The female or male dog will not be neutered. During her lifetime, a female will have a maximum of 5 litters (up to 8 years of age).
During pregnancy, the female will stay with us – approximately 1 week before giving birth and for 6 weeks afterwards, while nursing the puppies.
The male will be available for mating.
We meet 5–8 times a year at our place so that the male or female dog can get to know our environment and feel comfortable with us.
At the start of the female’s heat, it is necessary to inform us immediately so that we can properly schedule the planned litter.
